The Greater London Authority (GLA) has rolled out a cloud-based incident management tool to record and track non-compliance issues, security threats and fraud.

The web-based Xactium Incident Manager application gives users real-time management information.
Vincent Fihosy, city operations programme director at the GLA, said the system had provided the authority with greater flexibility in its information management services.
“It has facilitated effective issue management, monitoring and reporting across multiple GLA and partner service areas,” Fihosy said.
The GLA has partnered with the London Resilience Team and local authorities to track, manage and report on issues arising across London.
The system is being offered on a subscription basis and delivered on salesforce.com’s social enterprise cloud computing platform, Force.com.
