The council signed a three year deal with Logicalis, which will see the integrator deliver design, integration and ongoing management services of the centre.

“The new applications give our staff access to both the customer contact and the underpinning databases, accessed through the CRM system and fully integrated with the Contact Centre system and software,” said Storey.
