Storacall Voice Systems has developed the VoistoreIP recording system, which can record VoIP calls by integrating with most leading IP telephony systems.

Because Voistore allows different IP line types to be converged within a single chassis, solutions can be implemented in enterprises with combined VoIP and traditional circuit-switched telephony networks, thus supporting a gradual migration to VoIP.

The web-based interface allows administrators, reviewers and agents to access all aspects of the system, including call recording playback, management reporting and configuration.

Local access via the company Lan can be expanded to include access from any location globally via the internet.
