Decision makers look to Scale 21 for answer

A study measuring the skills, capabilities and aptitudes of people in the IT industry is well under way.

The Scale 21 (Skills Capabilities Aptitudes in Learning Environments of the 21st Century) project is run by the Real Time Club, DTI Foresight Associate

Programme and collates information that will influence key decisions taken in the IT sector and the education system.

The Building Britain's Brainpower conference will be held on 11 February 2002 and will bring together 450 IT leaders and entrepreneurs to review the pathfinder work to date and debate recommendations to take the project forward.
