Alcatel lets users choose pay options

Alcatel has introduced a new way for users to pay for its voice and data products.

Its flexible payback options, offered in partnership with specialist technology finance company Hitachi Capital, will allow users to deploy Alcatel's latest voice and data products without incurring up-front investment.

In addition to improving customer cashflows and budgeting, financing options available include variable, stepped and deferrable instalments, as well as payback plans designed to mirror return on investment forecasts.

Alcatel said users could upgrade or refresh their technology at any time during the payback period.

The financing packages could be geared to specific user requirements, said the company.
