Gas infrastructure provider Fulcrum recycles 2,000 IT items under WEEE

UK gas infrastructure provider Fulcrum has recycled nearly 2,000 items of redundant IT equipment in compliance with the European waste electric and electronic equipment (WEEE) directive.
For the operation, Fulcrum chose Hampshire-based Midex, which is licensed to specialise in the processing and reuse of IT and waste electrical and electronic goods.
Midex provided the service to Fulcrum in exchange for reselling reclaimed components and recycled plastic, iron, steel, aluminium and precious metals.
