Twitter is down after a denial of service attack. The site has
so far been down for a couple of hours, and the company has
confirmed on its status
blog that it is currently defending against a DOS attack.
Facebook is also experiencing problems, probably after a rush of
Twitter traffic went to the site. Twitter says it will post an
update on the situation shortly.
