Blog search firm
Technorati
has made 12% of its staff redundant, and implemented pay cuts of up
to 25% on the remaining staff.
The company has laid off six staff, will not replace two staff
who have left, and has imposed pay cuts on management ranging from
15% to 25%.
Employees among the remaining staff of 45 will have to take a
10% pay cut.
Technorati CEO Richard Jalichandra said in a blog, "There's not
much I can say about the economy that hasn't been said a hundred
times already. We're facing the worst crisis of our lifetimes, and
no one can say with certainty what lies ahead or how long it will
last."

recently made job cuts.
