business process management assessment toolto
enable firms to benchmark their business process management
strategy against their peers.
The tool can also be used as a basis for internal measurement,
to provide visibility into business process management maturity,
and prioritise areas for future activity, said BEA.
The BPM Assessment Tool is a web-based survey which enables
customers to
benchmark themselves against other firms.
Customers have the option to follow up with BEA business process
management business consultants to help interpret the results and
help them
focus their approach to BPM.
Aimed at line of business managers, IT management, business
analysts and functional analysts, the BPM Assessment Tool asks a
series of questions concerning customers' BPM maturity in four
critical domains: analyse, orchestrate, optimise, and innovate.
