Littlewoods Shop Direct Group (LSDG)has implemented web application experience management
software to ensure its website responds quickly and consistently to
customer requests.
The company said within two weeks of deploying the
Gomez Experience First software to monitor web site response
times, LSDG was able to identify several performance
improvements.
Since then, the company has drawn up plans for several new
developments in 2008 to improve the speed and stability of the
online shopping site.
