IBMis offering a range of services to
telecoms providers to help them adoptservice oriented architecture (SOA)andWeb 2.0 technologiesto enhance their
service offerings to customers.
IBM is enhancing its existing software portfolio to help service
providers enable flexible, standards-compliant service platforms
that support the delivery of IP-based services.
IBM said service providers will also be able to take advantage
of its SOA approach to transform previously siloed network
infrastructure investments into reusable services, that can easily
interoperate using industry standards.
