Wolseley UK, the building materials retailer, is to implement a 2,500-user eProcurement and spend-control system from Proactis across its UK operations, which include Plumb Center, Build Center and Bathstore.
The roll-out will control Wolseley's indirect procurement operation, offering staff a more efficient way to order goods and services against a company-approved framework, and streamline accounts payable.
The firm carries 400,000 product lines in more than 1,800 branches and employs more than 15,000 people.
