A number of the firstiPhone users in the US are reporting
technical problems, reports Reuters.
The iPhone, which was released in the US last Friday, is posing
various problems for users, with 2% of purchasers experiencing
difficulties, says Reuters.
AT&T, which is the exclusive mobile operator in the US for
the phone, said it is fixing issues “partly technology related and
partly process related”.
Some problems are connected to the high volume of people trying
to activate their service.
This is likely to be a concern for Apple, considering that
AT&T was supposed to be employing thousands of extra staff to
cope with iPhone demand.
Analyst Gartner has warned firms not to use the iPhone because
of security and business app integration issues.
