The Department of Trade & Industry’s
Technology Strategy Board is looking for
network security technologists and project managers to help make
its plans for improved network security in the UK a
reality.
Founded three years ago, the board is in charge of the
government’s 10-year plan to make the UK a technology leader, and
the
Network Security Innovation Platform is one
of its key programmes.
The job specs require technologists and project managers –
especially those with chartered status or formal scientific
qualifications – with “expert technical knowledge and the ability
to develop key stakeholder relationships in the network security
industry”.
