Hyperion and outsourcer
Atos Origin have signed a partnership to deliver
best-of-breed business process management (BPM) solutions to
mid-market organisations in the UK.
The pair said that the co-operation would offer affordable tools
to improve business decision making and reduce the cost of
compliance.
Atos Origin and Hyperion will target mid-size companies with the
full range of end-to-end services traditionally available only to
larger organisations.
The services include BPM strategy development through to project
management, process design, industry solutions, software licensing
and applications implementation and outsourcing.
The agreement will also benefit Atos Origin’s ERP client base.
Hyperion’s software solutions can complement existing ERP
installations and Atos Origin, through its consulting arm, Atos
Consulting, will be able to help clients make an informed choice on
the best reporting and analytical options.
“Seeing an opportunity in the medium-size marketplace for a
complete BPM solution, we took the decision to formalise our
collaboration with Hyperion,” said Olga Bassoli, Atos Origin’s
Hyperion practice lead in the UK.
“We have a long tradition of working together, as demonstrated
by our established centre of excellence in the Netherlands and a
track record of successful implementations across Europe,” she
said.
Hyperion is being acquired by Oracle, and Atos has been the
subject of recent takeover reports.
