Microsoft has begun hiring beta users for its forthcoming
Windows OneCare internet security service.OneCare, which is
expected to debut as a beta in a few weeks' time, will offer users
a subscription-based anti-virus and anti-spyware service.
Introduced last
month, OneCare is aimed at users who find it too complicated to
keep their machines updated with the latest free Windows security
patches and desktop tools.
OneCare
automatically updates machines with the latest protection updates
as soon as users go onto the internet.
No price has so
far been announced for the service.
