Peter "Sledgehammer" Gabriel 's website suffered a period of downtime this week, following the theft of servers from his ISP.

"The majority of Real World, Peter Gabriel and Womad web services are currently offline. Our servers were stolen from our ISP's data centre on Sunday night and Monday morning," said a statement on the Genisis frontman's website.

"Our first move has been to get our store up and running, so if you want Womad Charlton Park tickets or Music from Real World Records, we are back in business. We will be back soon - apologies for the lack of service."
