Google has so far failed to relaunch its free web analytics service after withdrawing it late last year followiing heavy demand.
In November, Google launched the free Google Analytics service which allowed companies to analyse the performance of their websites and their on-line marketing campaigns through other websites.

The service was previously sold as the Urchin on Demand service which had cost £120 a month.
But after being deluged with new customers the company took it off stream for new applicants so as to ensure existing customers did not experience performance degradation.
Google promised to quickly re-launch the service once it had extra server capacity and stronger systems in place, but so far it has failed to do so.
Google can now only say that it plans to relaunch the service to new users before the middle of the year. It has been reported that the performance of the service for existing users has improved in recent weeks.
