Vector revamps partner programme

Network management group Vector Networks is relaunching its channel programme in a move to address new markets and improve education levels in its reseller base.

Under the revised channel partners programme, Vector will commit more marketing funds to resellers and work more closely with partners in certain key territories.

Speaking to MicroScope, channel marketing manager Phil Robinson said the vendor would work "50/50" with resellers on bids.

He added the company would also launch a marketing push in conjunction with resellers and planned to allocate market development funding on an "ad hoc basis".

"We have an excellent set of skilled and experienced channel partners. In return for their loyalty, we are committed to giving our channel the best technical, product, sales and marketing support," he said.
