Nokiahas unveiled its latestWi-Fi-enabled Linux-based internet
tablet device.
The pocket-sized
Nokia
N810 can run on thousands of Wi-Fi networks run by the likes of
Boingo Wireless,
Earthlink and
The Cloud.
The Nokia N810 can also be used to make
voice over IP calls using
Skype and to access services such as
Google Mail,
Facebook or
YouTube. The device has a slide-out keyboard along with a touch
screen.
Its built-in maps and
satellite navigation also helps users find their way. The N810
will start shipping in mid-November, said Nokia.
