Microsoft is to offer e-learning courses in designing, implementing and managing Microsoft technology.

The initiative will enable Microsoft’s certified partners for learning solutions to offer blended learning programmes that allow IT professionals to study alone for industry-recognised certifications.

IT professionals will be able to work through courses at their own pace and at a time and place convenient to them. Courses on the Microsoft E-Learning programme have been designed to help IT workers update skills and prepare for certification exams and new technology projects.

Duncan Anderson, skills development manager at training provider Parity, said, “Courses on the Microsoft E-Learning programme are a rich and valuable resource for training partners. Modern business demands flexibility in the delivery of IT training to workers, and online courses address this need perfectly.”
