Multi-tasking capability for hosted CRM system

Salesforce.com has launched a new multi-tasking version of its hosted customer relationship management product.

From June, the software will include a function which allows users to run multiple applications simultaneously on any device.

The Salesforce software will also come with new mobile and customisation tools in, as part of Salesforce’s ongoing attempt to bring more developers on board to enhance its CRM platform.

Salesforce specialises in CRM software and has almost 14,000 customers worldwide.
