Yahoo is introducing a blogging and social networking feature to its portal to compete with MSN and Google products.
Called "Yahoo! 360°", the service will be launched to Yahoo’s 165 million registered members at the end of the month, and a beta trial of the service is about to start.
The service will allow users to create a web blog, share photos and "favourites" lists with other users, and provide links from one Yahoo! 360° "place" to another.
The service will also include control features allowing users to specify what is shared and with whom.
Microsoft added a blog product to its MSN service last year and Google owns social networking site Orkut.
