IntelligentApps 4sqlserver and IntelligentApps 4excel v3.0 gives Excel users the capability to develop and manage multi-dimensional models. Rather than employing internal IT staff or external consultants to develop these complex analytical spreadsheets, the software allows staff with average Excel skills to create reports and spreadsheets and decide who shares the information and how it is delivered.

Although Microsoft Excel ships with online analytical processing (Olap) capabilities, drawing data from SQL Server 2000 Analysis Services and applying the Olap tools is often beyond the typical Excel user. 4excel guides the user through the development of applications as an extension of the normal Excel features.
