Business process outsourcer Vertex has agreed renegotiated contract terms with the Cabinet Office as part of the government's supplier contract cost-cutting programme.
The announcement follows meetings with Chris Grayling, employment minister, which focused on supporting the government's efficiency targets.
Vertex is committed to the transformation of public sector services as the sector enters a key phase in its wider reform agenda, said Paul Sweeny, Vertex CEO.
The company will continue to deliver all existing contracts following the signing of a memorandum of understanding.
