Derbyshire Health Informatics Service (DHIS) has selected Touchpaper's IT Business Management (ITBM) system to enhance its service management based on IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) best practice.

Scheduled to go live this summer, the Touchpaper software will enable automated communications between the DHIS central service desk and other IT stakeholders, including DHIS staff, two primary care trusts, Derbyshire Mental Health Services and East Midlands Strategic Health Authority.
DHIS aims to deliver faster, more efficient informatics services to more than 16,400 users at 495 sites across Derbyshire.
