Swale council improves administrative management to handle public enquiries

Swale Borough Council is improving the way it deals with public enquiries by bringing in Northgate Information Solutions to integrate its administrative management systems.

The contract, worth in excess of £50,000, will ensure that public inquiries are addressed efficiently and effectively through joining up the council's administrative management of environmental health, housing and citizen feedback.

The service will equip staff with the tools to provide proactive and citizen-centred services, said Swale Borough Council.

Mark Radford, corporate services director at Swale Borough Council, said, "Working in partnership with Northgate will provide sustainable services that really place the citizen at the heart of public services."
