Hay Group has announced the launch of a new on demand salary analysis service, in partnership with Cezanne Software.
The new functionality in the system strengthens the services Hay Group provides to customers through its global reward information portal, Hay Group PayNet.
Using the new service, customers will now be able to easily bring together salary survey information from PayNet with their own pay data, and then analyse and model that information to reach effective pay decisions.
Steve Marsden, Hay Group head of reward information services, said, “For most companies, the only way to analyse and model pay data is through spreadsheets.
“These are often frustratingly difficult and time consuming to manage and rarely allow for the level of analysis that’s required to design and implement effective pay policies.”
The salary analysis service has been developed in co-operation with Cezanne Software, a provider of HR and compensation software solutions.
Hay Group PayNet is an internet-based database service that covers more than seven million individual records from over 13,000 organisations across 60 countries.
