In May, 18 people were arrested after an investigation into the alleged planting of spyware onto corporate computers by business rivals. Those arrested included a British couple suspected of writing the spyware program.
The indicted private investigators have been accused of distributing computer viruses, computer hacking and phone tapping.
The British couple face extradition to Israel. The investigators are said to have been hired by companies to spy on business rivals and glean sensitive business information covering contracts and customers.
The investigation into the Israeli companies that allegedly paid for the spying is continuing.
