SMB telephony servers now on the line

Applied Voice & Speech Technologies (AVST) has launched the AVST telephony server product line, a range of telephony servers for SMBs.

The company says its new CallXpress line is a bundled, all-in-one voice and data communications platform that will deliver to SMBs convenience, high performance and scalability.

CallXpress T-2000 telephony server is said to offer a cost-effective communications solution for SMBs and includes the CallXpress unified communications application, a Dialogic voice card or VoIP integration, server, and Microsoft Windows. CallXpress T-2000 is configured as an entry-level server with four voicemail ports and offers expansion capabilities of up to 48 ports.

Tom Minifie, vice-president of product management at AVST, says, “The CallXpress telephony servers offer flexibility that gives customers and resellers a single point of contact for all of their messaging needs. With this new line of products, AVST services an organisation’s entire communications package, saving customers and resellers the time and money previously spent on system integration and server qualification.”
