Alton Towers gives customers an easier ride with online hotel booking system
Theme park Alton Towers has revamped its online hotel booking system using Macromedia Flex to make the booking process faster and easier.
The theme park said the Flex-developed site, which is designed to offer the user more immediate transitions between display pages, has led to a threefold increase in online hotel bookings from 3% of overall sales to 10%.
