Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) announced today that it has won a contract to provide support services to NASA in a five year deal that could potentially be worth $230m.

Under the terms of the agreement, CSC will provide administrative, financial, human resources and procurement support services to approximately 20,000 NASA employees, applicants, contractors and university partners.
Throughout the duration of the contract, CSC estimates that approximately 350 specialists with expertise in SAP finance, federal human resources, grant administration and information technology will perform alongside approximately 150 NASA employees. CSC’s Information Technology and Science Solutions division will manage the work at the Stennis Space Centre.
Teaming with CSC is Lockheed Martin Information Technology, in addition to ten other firms, currently performing the same administrative functions at other existing locations. Lockheed Martin will provide finance support and some management services, as well as the interim facility.
