Avanquest launches Unified Xpress service

Business Process Management solutions provider Avanquest UK, formerly known as Avanquest Kommunicate, has launched AVST CallXpress 7.5.

This latest version of the communication solution addresses legacy voice mail system deficiencies with new second Generation unified communications platform.  CallXpress® 7.5 targets communications needs with simplified administration capabilities and expanded speech recognition functionality.

CallXpress 7.5 offers enhanced integration with AVST’s speech module, Seneca™ version 4.5, providing speech access to CallXpress messages.  CallXpress 7.5 also offers user administration via Microsoft Active Directory and SMTP message notification.

Avanquest said that the need for advanced communications is becoming an increasingly important for medium-sized businesses.

In order to maximise employee productivity, Avanquest said such companies need to provide workers with real-time access to the corporate voice and data infrastructure. Therefore, the demand to mobilise and unify the message inbox is growing rapidly. 

Responding to the market, anytime-anywhere communications for the workforce and 24x7 access to the entire enterprise communications infrastructure is the driving force behind the new communications applications, it added.
