With business continuity and security consultancy services rapidly moving up boardroom agendas, a London company claims it is the first to package these services to be re-sold through the UK channel.

IKAN has launched a partner programme to provide resellers with the necessary skills and resources to enter into the risk management, information assurance and business continuity markets.

Martin Roots, business development director, said opportunities for resellers were "many-fold", but believed they "are missing out because they simply don't have the resources to manage and maintain a team of security and business continuity experts".

IKAN's partner programme is split into three categories - training partners, accredited partners, and strategic partners.

Because of their heavy investment in their own solutions and sales teams, strategic partners will receive the highest level of discount, as they will be self-supporting in the initial sale, but Roots claimed IKAN would support all partners, regardless of level.
