Jeremy Garside, head of technology for the London Symphony Orchestra, believes a unified communication (UC) system could enable the London Symphony Orchestra to communicate more easily when on tour.

In this video, Garside speaks to ComputerWeekly.com’s Jenny Williams about his understanding of unified communications and how he hopes to use a UC interface to pull together VoIP, instant messaging, email and SMS and solve some of the orchestra’s geographical challenges.
