Dell has completed the integration of its $3.9bn acquisition of Perot Systems with the formation of Dell Services.
The company claimed the acquisition will benefit its customers by making information technology easier to access and simpler to manage.

Dell said it now has a $7.5bn services arm, with 42,000 staff. It expects services to become a major part of the Dell business.
Dell plans to offer businesses greater automation to lower labour requirements, IT-as-a-service payment models and remote IT management.
