Twitter accused of patent infringements by TechRadium

Notification systems firm TechRadium has filed a lawsuit in a US district court against Twitter for allegedly infringing three patents.

TechRadium holds three patents for services that are key to the way Twitter operates, according to the complaint filed in Houston, Texas.

The patents cover a "digital notification and response system" and two methods for "providing digital notification and receiving responses".

TechRadium is seeking compensation from Twitter for using the technologies without a licence.
