
Microsoft's CEO Steve Ballmer thinkscorporations' IT spending will not return to pre-recession
levels.
According to the Washington Post, during a speech in South
Korea, Steve Ballmer described the economic events of the last year
as "once in a lifetime."
Ballmer said
IT spending is unlikely to fully recover.
"While we will see growth, we will not see recovery," he
said.
Ballmer
said CEOs have much more tightly constrained IT budgets.
