Visitor’s to Storage Expo were greeted by a
“demonstration” outside London’s Olympia station this morning,
organised by Symantec, in a bid to convince users that they do not
need to upgrade storage hardware.
Gareth Fraser-King, product marketing EMEA at Symatec, said,
“Everyone is talking bout their storage growing. People want to cut
costs. They don’t want to buy more hardware.” Symantec’s answer to
this problem is its Veritas product suite, which has been designed
to make the most of users’ existing storage infrastructure.
