Satyam plans to end questions over its finances when it
publishes details of its financial position in six months'
time.
CP Gurnani, CEO of the renamed Mahindra Satyam, said Satyam
plans to publish details of its finances in December or
January.
Satyam was hit by a $1bn
accounting fraud in January this year when its former chairman
admitted he had cooked the books for years.
The company has since been pulled from the brink of collapse by
government intervention in its management and its eventual
takeover by Tech Mahindra.
Gurnani said he has been on a mission to restore confidence in
the company and has set out to start winning big deals again. "We
are winning deals again and we want to win big deals to re-affirm
confidence."
He said the company is back on its feet and can now build
momentum.
"We are out of the woods," said Gurnani. "There was an accident,
but the bus is on the road again - although not at full speed."
