
The BlackBerry Storm is a smartphone developed by
Research In Motion (RIM).
The Blackberry Storm is as a competitor to the iPhone, the
T-Mobile G1 by HTC, and the HTC Touch Pro from Sprint. The shape
and dimensions are very close to that of the iPhone, but slightly
thicker and shorter. The Blackberry Storm is a world phone, with
3G, HDSPA, GSM, and EDGE.
It is RIM's first touchscreen device and first device without a
physical keyboard. It will be available through Vodafone in the UK
and Australia, Verizon Wireless in the United States.
