Microsoft will issue seven security patches next Tuesday (10
June) as part of its monthly patching cycle.
Three of the patches are deemed as "critical" by Redmond, with
three described as "important", along with another tackling a
"moderate" threat.
The three critical patches are being issued to block security
holes in the Windows OS, with one of them also designed to tackle a
vulnerability in the Internet Explorer browser.
All three patches are being released to prevent remote attackers
from executing code on users' machines.
The other patches prevent denial of service and elevation of
privileges threats, along with remote execution risks.
