Britannia Building Society is improving its human resources
processes with SAP self-service technology.
Britannia Building Society has recently gone live with its
employee self-service platform, building on previous SAP human
resources and payroll systems.
"By providing managers with the tools to manage more effectively
and support the development of their teams, the system will help
create an environment where everyone is the best they can be. This
is essential to delivering the excellent customer experience we
strive for," said Helen Bates, strategy manager at Britannia.
The upgraded system will also mean a reduction in paper-based
processes.
