Perot Systems acquires Ireland’s Original Solutions

Perot Systems has acquired Irish IT services firm Original Solutions.
Based in Limerick and Dublin, Original Solutions employs 90 people and had sales of £7.2m last year.
Peter Altabef, CEO of Perot Systems, said, "With its technology expertise and commitment to operational excellence, Original Solutions will enhance our expanding worldwide IT services capabilities."
Original Solutions' clients include Allied Irish Bank, Bank of Ireland, Eircom and O2.
John Collins, the firm's original founder and current CEO, will remain as head of the company and will drive further expansion, said Perot Systems.
The value of the acquisition has not been disclosed.
