Scottish Water hires Atos Origin and Graham Technology to improve its connections service

Scottish Water has hired Atos Origin and Graham Technology to improve its customer service.
Atos Origin will design an online system for builders and property developers applying for water and sewerage connections to new properties.
It will use Graham Technology's business software for interacting with customers and managing business processes.
Scottish Water hopes the system will reduce its costs.
David Brown, head of IT at Scottish Water, said, "Atos Origin in partnership with Graham Technology will provide Scottish Water with the right mix of technical and project management capability."
