The British Dental Association has chosen a new e-security system to reduce credit card fraud.

It is deploying the ALBANYverify API system from e-transaction software specialist Albany Software.

The system promises fast, accurate, point-of-entry verification of UK and European bank account details, reducing the risk of fraud.

The BDA represents 18,000 qualified dentists in the UK and has more than 3,500 student members.
