Cattles, a leading UK financial services company, has
successfully deployed MeetingZone'saudio conferencing servicesto cut
costs by half.
MeetingZone's system has also enabled Cattles to improve its
internal and external communications and
reduce its CO2 emissions from reduced travelling to meetings,
as part of the organisation's environmental policy.
The company uses audio conferencing to improve internal
communications between regional, area and branch managers, and
between its projects and business continuity teams located at more
than 200 branches throughout the country and externally with its
suppliers.
"Historically, Cattles was using up to six different audio
conferencing services providers, all with differing price
structures," said Elaine Fforbes-Fitzsimmons, director of group
services at Cattles.
"Cattles decided to source an audio conferencing system from a
single best in class provider that would enable us to streamline
and control our use of audio conferencing. In order to drive
adoption of just one provider's services, it was important that we
deployed a system that was reliable, easy to use and efficient as
well as being cost effective," she said.
