The range of services go from entry-level - suitable for very
small or start-up businesses - to high-performance solutions for
more established businesses and those needing assured real-time
traffic capability.
The portfolio includes the Lite, Pro, Premium and Premium Plus
Broadband packages.
Pipex Broadband Pro is for firms with up to 10 staff and offers
prioritisation of all business traffic across the network. It
delivers up to 16mbps for web access and 1mbps for data
transmission.
Premium and Premium Plus are designed for heavier broadband
users with more than 10 staff and those needing "assured bandwidth"
to support applications such as voice over broadband or
high-quality videoconferencing. Like the Broadband Pro, package,
they deliver up to 16mbps for access, and 1mbps for data.
