O2 has launched itsO2 Professional Services unitfor
enterprise customers to help them get the most from mobile
technology.
"Whether it's a special application to connect with field
workers or an interactive messaging solution to interact with
customers, O2 can advise on how mobile technology can help achieve
specific business objectives," the mobile operator said.
The O2 Professional Services unit will cover four key areas:
exploration and recommendation, solution trials, deployment, and
management.
O2 staff will be accredited in technical areas including
Prince 2 project management, Cisco, Microsoft, Lotus,
Groupwise, SQL and government information assurance.
