International corporate law firm Ashurst has replaced
itsaudio conferencing systemwith
CityDesk fromMeetingZoneto speed up response times
to lawyers' requests.
Ashurst chose the system to link 200 partners in 13 countries
because of the product's ability to book conferences online, e-mail
call details to all participants, allocate conference call costs to
particular clients, and offer a customised and branded service.
The conference call service enables the firm to bring together
teams of lawyers working on a project, regardless of the size of
the team and location of the individual members. The firm said this
helps improve client relationships, which can deliver key
competitive advantage.
